About Venus
Since 2009, Venus has counseled a myriad of adolescents and adults while establishing herself as a strategic clinical leader. Her career includes serving as counselor and supervisor at Wayne State University's free clinic, and later as Director of School Counseling, Career Development, and School Culture for University Prep Schools in Detroit.
Today, Venus leverages her specialized training in executive leadership and small business development as the Owner and Clinical Director of Counseling Works, PLLC. Backed by first-hand knowledge of how strong family structures drive healthy human development, Venus applies robust operational and clinical oversight to her practice.
Under her leadership, she and her fellow providers remain dedicated to driving positive client outcomes through research-based, sustainable mental health practices.
