About Jazmyn
I am a Limited Licensed Master Social Worker (LLMSW) with a Master’s degree from Wayne State University. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and adjustment-related challenges. I support clients in navigating life transitions, managing stress, and developing healthier ways to cope with everyday pressures. My work also includes helping clients address relationship concerns, improve emotional regulation, and build self-esteem.
I am experienced working with children, adolescents, and adults, and I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences and working toward meaningful change.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and client-centered. I believe in creating a safe environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore their thoughts and emotions. I incorporate evidence-based techniques while also focusing on the unique needs and experiences of each individual.
