About Catina
Catina is a Detroit native with experience in community mental health. She has earned her Master’s of Social work from Walden University. She has experience working with teens, adults and families. Some common concerns addressed include life-transitions, self- esteem, anxiety, stress and depression.
Her approaches are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Client-Centered therapy. “We move at a pace that feels right for you while focusing on what matters most in your life. Together, we’ll work to better understand your experiences, helping you build insight, resilience, and confidence as you move toward meaningful and lasting change.”
